Our rules​

Reservations: Guests can make their reservations online, by phone or through the website. For reservations, guests must pay a 30% deposit by credit card, via the Pay Pal system, once they have received the booking code or by bank transfer to the bank account of Agriturismo la Palazzetta di Assisi. The amount remainder will be paid upon departure.

All services provided will be paid upon departure in cash or by debit or credit card (Visa-Mastercard), any additional costs are the responsibility of the payer.

The 30% deposit must be paid within 3 days after receiving the booking confirmation. In case of short-term bookings within 3 days before arrival. Any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer.

Legal responsibilities / Deposit: Whoever causes damage to the building or its inventory is held legally responsible within the scope of current regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Upon guests' departure, the staff will carry out a check in all the rooms used for the guests' stay. The costs for repairing any damage or for the loss of keys/remote controls will be charged to the guest, to be paid upon departure.

In case of failure to comply with the regulation, Agriturismo la Palazzetta di Assisi will have the right to dissolve the hospitality contract at any time. The guest will still be obliged to pay for the entire stay and any services used/booked.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations: The regulations for canceling a reservation are based on current legal regulations. Online reservations can be canceled in writing within 24 hours. The request to cancel a reservation involves the payment of a penalty of 10% if made 10 days before the arrival date, 20% if made 5 days before the arrival date, 30% if made the day before the arrival date I arrive.
